Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy Uncanny Office, Stripe handles the payment. We receive your name, email address and a record of the purchase. We never see or store your card details.

When you activate the app, it sends us your license key, a random device ID and your computer's name, so we can enforce the device limit and let you move your key between machines.

What we do not collect

The app does not send us your code, terminal output, Claude sessions, prompts or job results. Your devices talk to each other directly over your own network. The app never reads or transmits your Claude credentials.

How we use it

We use your email to send your license key, receipts and important product notices, and to answer support requests. We do not sell or share your information, apart from Stripe for payments and our email provider for sending mail.

Your choices

Email us through the Support page to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Deleting it also deactivates your license.
